This is a great water filter....we just changed the filter for the first time and the old one was crazy dirty so this is doing its job! Easy to change and is very effective.
I ordered this product a month ago and I'm very happy. It fits my ProOne pitcher and the water tastes great. It took a while for the water to filter when I first installed it, give it a few hours and then it will flow.
My brother has a ProPur pitcher and he ordered a filter after my experience...it also fit perfectly. I strongly recommend!
The filter is good and does make a huge difference, no doubt... The shower head as shown, which I ordered is not good. It is not adjustable with different settings... I took it off and installed an adjustable head with 5 different setting's. The filter case needs to be tightened, or it will leak a bit.. Not a problem... Most people don't have a wrench to fit that circumference. You can tighten when it's not wet by hand. So when you will change the filter make sure the O ring they send you is in properly and tighten it well, if you opt to change the O ring. Get a wrench that fits. for super bond.

Good communication and Selection
I've had the filter a month now and its working well. It was slow to filter the first few days but now is filtering normally. Sometimes I think i'm detecting a slight salty taste but that might just be me. I'm happy with the purchase. thank you.
I think this filter has helped the clarity of my drinking water. However, I am having to clean this filter every 2 weeks to restore the water flow. I have a 3 stage countertop system, and I placed this filter in the 3rd stage after reading more about ceramic filters and hoping to avoid cleaning it as often. Didn’t work. I will not buy this filter again for that reason.
If you have lots of sediment or whatnot in your water, you will have to clean it more often as it is doing its job and filtering it out of your water. It should go in the first stage, so it keeps sediment and stuff from going through your other filters and prolongs the life of those filters.

I need to replace filter in the system I installed two years ago. Of course, that company is no longer in business. Quality Water Filters 4 You took the time to assist me with choosing the correct size and function for the results that I wanted. Filters arrived quickly and fit my system. Although I don't test the water to determine if the filter is working, the taste of the water usually is a good indicator. With these filters, the taste improved after they were installed. I wish the filters were not so pricey and I have to suck or push the water up to drink it but getting rid of toxins is so worth it, so I recommend but needs some adjustments like drinking easier than sucking the water out.

Overall I'm happy with the product, the spigot hasn't leaked and seems of good quality. Which was something I was concerned about. The finish and glaze overall seems durable and I'm pleased with the color. My only complaints are minor, and they are I can faintly see the casting lines of the ceramic where they weren't perfectly aligned, which also means you have to fine the right "spot" for the 2 halves to sit together to ensure they're as stable and even as possible, this is minor and is normal with the type of manufacturing used, however, I did notice it and upon opening the product it definitely affected my first impression. The entire product, filters included is almost $300 so I feel it's fair to point this out. Sitting on a counter anyone who looked at the filter probably would never notice said casting lines. I would purchase this product again.

We have the Berkey traveler filter system with CeraMetix water filter. We live out in the country near agriculture and have well water. I had some questions before purchase and the customer services very good. Our water is much softer and eases on our minds.
