Hi! I just received my ceramic replacement water filter for my ProOne pitcher in the mail from you guys! When I opened it up it had a powdery substance all over it, so I just wanted to ask if that’s normal/ part of the ceramic filter? Thanks in advance! -Carlene
Yes, that is normal it is just dust from the ceramic shell.

Does it fit the propur stainless steel water dispenser?
Yes, it will, but we also have 5" and 7" filters that fit in them. Here is a link to them.
