  • Hi! I just received my ceramic replacement water filter for my ProOne pitcher in the mail from you guys! When I opened it up it had a powdery substance all over it, so I just wanted to ask if that’s normal/ part of the ceramic filter? Thanks in advance! -Carlene

    Yes, that is normal it is just dust from the ceramic shell.

  • Does it fit the propur stainless steel water dispenser?

    Yes, it will, but we also have 5" and 7" filters that fit in them. Here is a link to them.

    It has a filtering capacity of around 300 gallons, depending on how bad your water is.
