Austen Air Replacement Filters

I ordered 2 of these filters and one came damaged. I called C.S., took a picture and sent it to them. They were so nice and sent me a new replacement filter that day. No hassles.

It's hard to find filters that actually remove flouride like this one and at this price it's a great value. Originally ordered through Amazon but it arrived broken. Quality water filters issued a refund AND replaced it free! I'll be a direct shopper from now on

I am very impressed with my new system. It was very easy for me to set up and the water tastes so good and is very clear and no smell. I have no complaints. Once ordered I received in their time frame and after 30 days we will continue to use this Aquacere Terra2.

I am very happy with my purchase from you. I got the filters in a timely manner & I prefer the blue ones you sent as opposed to the beige ones that Pro one was sending.

I was worried I had to buy an entire new housing and do a lot of manual work to replace the housing since proone is discontinued. Thankfully I found this website and they had the exact filter replacement that fits the original housing of the fs10. Swapping out the filter was seamless. Make sure to run the water for atleast 10minutes and I had to wait out for atleast 1-2 days for the water to stop tasting like a muddy sediment aftertaste. I still drank the water with the slight muddy aftertaste, but after about 2 days, the filter is most likely soaked fully and properly where the water should taste clean and crisp. Will be buying again from this website from now on.

Great product water taste great

Our tap water tastes like a swimming pool. (Pittsburgh is not known for being a non-industrial city…) Thanks to these filters, it now tastes like a fresh mountain spring. Zero trace of any taste or smell. These are the best and I recommend them to everyone I know!
