Free shipping Mainland 48 States only. All others please contact for shipping quote.
Up North Sales attempts to process and ship most orders within 1 to 7 business days, although we cannot guarantee this time frame. We make every attempt to abide by it. If for any reason any product is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available or issue a refund.
We currently use UPS, USPS and or Fed-Ex for most products, We e-mail tracking numbers for all shipments providing an e-mail address has been provided.
Delivery to mainland 48 states usually takes 3-8 business days.
Customer is responsible for any duties which may be levied on imported products. Mainland 48 states are usually duty-free.
We ship most international packages by USPS Airmail. please contact us for a shipping rate quote. Transit time is anywhere between 10-14 business days. We will ship internationally with your choice of carriers if it requested, and any additional cost will be added.
If there appears to be shipping damage, please open and inspect all products before signing drivers release. If product appears to be damaged, refuse the delivery and make sure driver notes refusal is due to shipping damage. Do not sign or accept the delivery.
If delivery was accepted or dropped off and then you later realize product was damaged during shipment. Keep all original shipping cartons, packing materials and contents. As you will need them to file a damaged claim with the carrier. Please contact us if there is damage to your product.
If products were dropped off to your location ( we know if it was delivered by seeing the tracking information status. ) We cannot be held responsible or liable for stolen, lost or damaged goods.
WRONG PRODUCTS RECEIVED
We double check all orders before we ship them, however errors can occur. It is very rare that this happens. If you receive an incorrect product please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue an RMA number with return instructions on where and how to return product to us. We will ship the correct product to you and pay shipping costs both ways. ( We truly care that you get the correct product the first time. )
IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM(S)If in the event you made an error when ordering and ordered the wrong item(s) and wish to return the item, e-mail us and ask for an RMA number and return instructions. Please for any reason DO NOT return the item you ordered without prior contact with us.
If you give us a incorrect address and your product gets returned back to us, you are responsible for the shipping charges to ship the product back to you.
No refunds are issued on products after 30 days. defective items will be covered under the manufacturers warranties.
Refunds will be issued back to the payment method you used to purchase product.
Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returning product to Quality Water Filters 4 You.
We can not except returns on products that were damaged do to not installing them correctly.
There are no returns for international orders on Crystal Quest products.
Return Merchandise Authorization Number.If you need to return and item, please e-mail or call1-800-978-8408 prior to returning the item. All returns must be referenced by an RMA Number. No matter where they were shipped from or how they were shipped. The item will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Then you will be credited for the returned product less shipping and handling charges.
Return Authorization numbers expire 30 days after they are issued
