We offer a 30 day return guarantee on unused and undamaged products. Any used or damaged products may incur up to a 30% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and any outbound shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the products refund, unless the product is defective then we will pay shipping both ways.

There is no returns on products that were damaged because of incorrect installation. We can not issue refunds on opened replacement cartridges they must be sealed and unused (for public safety and tampering reasons). unless they are defective.

If shipped you the wrong product, or your product is defective, you will not be responsible for any outgoing or return shipping fees or restocking fee.

No refunds are issued on products after 30 days. defective items will be covered under the manufacturers warranties.

Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Refunds will be issued back to the payment method you used to purchase product.


Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If you need to return and item, please e-mail or call1-800-978-8408 prior to returning the item. All returns must be referenced by an RMA Number. No matter where they were shipped from or how they were shipped. The item will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Then you will be credited for the returned product less shipping and handling charges.
