30-Day Returns     

We offer 30 days to return your water filter purchase if unused and in its original packaging.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your filter.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. You may incur a 10% resocking fee at our discretion.

Defective items will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

We will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the return package.

RMA EXPLANATION(RMA)

Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If you need to return an item, please e-mail or call 1-800-978-8408 before returning the item. An RMA Number must reference all returns. No matter where they were shipped from or how they were shipped. The item will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Then, you will be refunded for the returned product minus shipping and handling charges.

Return Authorization numbers expire 30 days after they are issued.

How to Return Merchandise

(1) Package products with adequate packaging.

(2) You must write the Return Authorization number(RMA) clearly on the outside of the package.
