30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee      

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your water filter purchase. We offer you 30 days to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your filter.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Replacement filters or filter cartridges not in their original sealed packaging are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

There are no returns on products that were damaged due to incorrect installation. 

No refunds are issued on products after 30 days. Defective items will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

We will issue a credit to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the return package.

 

RMA EXPLANATION(RMA)

Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If you need to return an item, please e-mail or call 1-800-978-8408 before returning the item. An RMA Number must reference all returns. No matter where they were shipped from or how they were shipped. The item will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Then, you will be refunded for the returned product minus shipping and handling charges.

Return Authorization numbers expire 30 days after they are issued.

How to Return Merchandise

(1) Package products with adequate packaging.

(2) You must write the Return Authorization number(RMA) clearly on the outside of the package.
