Returns

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on unused and undamaged products. Customer is responsible for return shipping, and any outbound shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from the products refund, unless the product is defective then we will pay shipping both ways.

There are no returns on products that were damaged because of incorrect installation. We can not issue refunds on opened replacement cartridges they must be sealed and unused (for public safety and tampering reasons) unless they are defective.

If QualityWaterFilters4You.com shipped you the wrong product, or your product is defective, you will not be responsible for any outgoing or return shipping fees or restocking fee.

No refunds are issued on products after 30 days. Defective items will be covered under the manufacturer's warranties.

Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method you used to purchase the product.

RMA EXPLANATION(RMA)

Return Merchandise Authorization Number. If you need to return an item, please e-mail or call 1-800-978-8408 before returning the item. An RMA Number must reference all returns. No matter where they were shipped from or how they were shipped. The item will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Then, you will be refunded for the returned product minus shipping and handling charges.

Return Authorization numbers expire 30 days after they are issued.

How to Return Merchandise
