I bought this to replace my bulky, constant in need of manual refilling countertop filter. After allowing a day of normal use after the initial flush, the water tastes delicious. Being free of the refilling my old countertop pitcher is really great as well, and the filter costs are pretty much equal with only one annual replacement.

Very satisfied and will recommend to anyone looking for an easier, fluoride free, alternative for filtration without the need for remineralization like RO filters require.

Utilized this for a backpacking trip into a remote late in the Bitterroot National Forest. Works like a dream. Water tasted great, and a week later, I can comfortably say there was no evidence of a water-borne virus or illness. It takes its time filtering, but it was worth the water. Happy with my purchase

Used to replace the ProPure FS10 filter medium. I did reach out to customer service to inquire about fitment, quality, 3rd party testing, and they were able to provide answers within a short period; also asked about a discount, because why not, it was worth a shot.
The filter medium was a perfect fit, almost exactly as the removed unit. I did have an issue installing the filter, it needs to be centered, and i believe from the design it tended to lean or rock to one side or the other when screwing the bottom bowl back on. It maybe took a couple extra minutes but I believe I was able to install it as intended. If this could be looked at in the manufacturing process.

The shipping was very fast, I do believe it was shipped within 1-3 days with two day shipping. I use this filter in leu of the fridge and counter spout, so I typically run them for 16-months, with almost no change in flouride or chemical/ heavy metal detected at the time of changing it.
