Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • does this use the PH2 water filters

The reservoir comes with the regular gen 2 filters ( that do not raise the PH ) but you can purchase the PH2O filters seperately and they will fit the reservoir

  • Can I use this to replace the Radiological Pitcher Filter (1-40401-W) and will it filter the same or less than that original filter?

Yes, you can use this to replace the rad filter. they will not filter radiologicals but it does filter everything else.

  • Will this replacement fit the pitcher that used the older #1-40300W filter?

Yes, this is the reservoir for the older pitcher.

  • My pamphlet says the Gen2 pitcher naturally increases the ph up to 9.0. Is this not true and do I need the alkalinity filters to raise the ph?

No, you would need the alkalinity filters to raise the Ph
