If you're looking for a compact free-standing water filter that can be used in many different situations, the Aquacera HCP countertop water filter with Ceraultra filter fits the bill superbly. This water filter can be used anywhere a standard faucet is available to attach its diverter valve to, and where 10 to 125 pounds per square inch (psi) water pressure is present to drive water through the filtration system properly.
Placed on the home counter, this slim upright filter leaves plenty of room for the rest of the counter to be used for preparing food, stacking groceries when you return home from the store, or putting hand-washed dishes while they await drying and placement in the cabinets. There are many other locations that the Aquacera W9332215 HCP works great, however – including dorm rooms, apartments, hotel rooms while traveling, vacation bungalows, boats, and RVs.
The filter's diverter valve attaches to the faucet in place of the aerator without special tools, and in a matter of seconds. It won't work with pull-out faucets, however, which usually need an under sink filter to provide filtered water properly.

Ceraultra filter is ceramic which consists of a carbon block core. This makes the filter powerfully effective at ridding the water of dangerous chemicals, plus pathogenic bacteria and the cysts of parasites like Giardia.

Please note if you have a new style pull-out faucet with a sprayer a countertop filter will not work. You will need an under sink system
