Will this filter out iron?
It might filter out some dissolved iron but not much.

Does this filter fluoride?

Can it be put on any sink.
If you have a standard faucet, it will work; if you have a new-style faucet with a pull-out sprayer will not work.

If I have bacteria in my water will this eliminate it?
No this filter will not remove bacteria. You would need a filter that uses ceramic or a reverse osmsois system. Here a few brand that have filters that do remove bacteria dependinfg on what filter you get.
