QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
Does the pitcher come with filters or do I purchase that separately?
The pitcher comes with the filters.
How often do you change the filter? Thanks
Filters should be changed approximatly every 4-6 months
Can you not use it on well water? I thought I raise ph on whatever water?
Yes you can use it on well water. They just put that in there because it does not filter bacteria, so they don't want customers purchasing it thinking it will filter bacteria.
Hi, I am wondering if, the Seychelle filters remove fluoride, hormones and pharmaceuticals and also how often do the filters need changing? Thank you
They filter up to 90% of fluoride. And as they do have carbon in them they will filter pahrmaceuticals and hormones.
How to put system together
You screw the red flushing bulb onto the filters and flush them by putting the black end up to your faucet and slowly turn your water on until water starts flowing through the filter. Then you take the water reservoir out and screw the filters onto it and put it back into the pitcher, and then you are all set to fill it and let it filter.
What is the black cone device that comes with the large pitcher
The black and red device is to flush the filters. You screw it on to the filter and hold the black section up to your faucet and turn your faucet on with a slow flow and it flushes the filters.
Can you increase the ph by filtering the water twice?
no it would not raise the ph by much more if any.
I am on my second SCYCHELLE PH20 pure water filter. I had my previous water filter for over year. I research and purchase the specific water filter due to one of my furbabies my Yorkie having kidney stones. After having them removed his diet change and I had to make sure that he was drinking more alkaline water. Everyone that came in the house always asked about the water as they noticed it did taste different. I’ve moved a month ago selling our house and downsizing and we left the pitcher out for our movers to use as they moved on a very hot day and was very please with the taste of the water. Because the movers were very close friends we thought that they would make sure that the filter was packed up and brought it with us in our transition home until our townhouse was ready. unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Upon moving to our temporary place until our next home is available we realize the pitcher did not follow us. Therefore I am on my second picture and I Promise you that we will not lose this one. Now that I’m thinking of it maybe the movers took the water pitchers ... hmm . Anyway the new pitcher came today I’m so excited because I truly was without a pitcher for three weeks. I have to say it really was not the same without it. I highly recommend the SCYCHELLE PH20 pure water filter ration pitcher.
