It will remove 99.9% of chlorine. Once the filter is used up you will start to taste the chlorine again and it is time to change the filter.

Yes, they can be used on the smaller pitcher. When you get them they have a sticker on them stating what they are.

I would use the water that is not going through your ro system.  As it will not be as acidic.

Yes you can use it on well water. They just put that in there because it does not filter bacteria, so they don't want customers purchasing it thinking it will filter bacteria.

They filter up to 90% of fluoride. And as they do have carbon in them they will filter pahrmaceuticals and hormones.

How to put system together

You screw the red flushing bulb onto the filters and flush them by putting the black end up to your faucet and slowly turn your water on until water starts flowing through the filter. Then you take the water reservoir out and screw the filters onto it and put it back into the pitcher, and then you are all set to fill it and let it filter.

What is the black cone device that comes with the large pitcher

The black and red device is to flush the filters. You screw it on to the filter and hold the black section up to your faucet and turn your faucet on with a slow flow and it flushes the filters.

Hi there, I live in Richmond, VA and I am looking for a water filter pitcher to drink the tap water. I am not sure what would be the best Seychelle water pitcher to use would be?

They basically all remove the same contaminants ( ie Dual and PH20 difference is one raises the PH of your water ) the Radiological does the same as the Dual plus radiologicals.  So depending on what your needs are is to the one you would like.
