The filter removes up to 99.99% of Chlorine, taste, and odor, Chemicals (DDT, MTBE, Benzene, THM's, Chloroforms), Heavy Metals such as Arsenic, Lead, Mercury, Copper, Zinc, Aluminium and Chromium 6, and Radon 222. It also removes up to 90% of Fluoride leaving pure, high-quality pH water to better hydrate your body.
When you first receive your Seychelle Replacement Filter for PH2O Pitcher you need flush them to get any loose carbon dust rinsed off, it also activates the filters. You should also keep the flushing bulb for future use, if the flow rate slows way down you can try flushing them to regain the flow rate. If this does not help then it is most likely time to replace the filters.
