Please Note: Countertop units will not connect to pull out faucets If your main faucet is a pullout faucet you will need an under sink water filter
The Multipure Aquaversa MP750 countertop water filter features a stainless steel housing and is designed for installation versatility. This unit sits on your counter next to the sink with an included acrylic base. It connects to your existing faucet using a dual-hose diverter valve that allows you to easily switch from filtered to unfiltered water. The countertop Aquaversa is generally intended for use where below-sink installation restrictions are present (e.g., apartment use or lack of below-sink space), although it can be converted for below sink use with additional parts.
Enjoy cleaner more delicious water with the Multipure Aquaversa MP750 countertop water filter. It is tested and certified to reduce a wide range of contaminants of health concern. The Multipure Aquaversa Stainless Steel countertop MP750 model is a great choice for homes, apartments, RVs, boats, and offices.
Multipure water filters use a solid carbon block filter that is considered to be the most effective way to reduce a wide range of contaminants that may be present in your water. The carbon is compacted into a dense structure, so every molecule of water is forced through microscopic pores of carbon.
The Multipure Stainless Steel countertop water filter will filter your water for approximately (1 Year) 750 gallons it is recommended that you replace the cartridge when the following occurs: 1 annually, 2 the units rated capacity is reached, 3 when the water flow slows down, or the filter becomes saturated with bad tastes and odors.

How the Filter Works:
Multipure Drinking Water Systems’ replaceable triple-action filter has been formulated using materials that will provide the highest quality drinking water without removing the healthful, natural minerals. Multipure's carbon block filters combine mechanical filtration, electrokinetic adsorption, and physical adsorption to provide the most effective contaminant reduction possible.
Mechanical Filtration: The filtration process begins with water passing through a graded density 5-micron pre-filter that traps dirt, sand, and particles that affect the taste, odor, and overall appearance of your water. Then the water passes through the highly compacted solid carbon block where direct mechanical interception of particles as small as 0.5 micron occurs. Asbestos, cysts, and turbidity are reduced through mechanical filtration at the sub-micron level.
Electrokinetic Adsorption: The graded density prefilter acquires a positive molecular charge as water passes through it. Since most colloidal contaminants exhibit a negative charge in solution, the media fibers will electrokinetically attract charged colloidal particles too small for removal by mechanical straining.
Physical Adsorption: Multipure’s highly compacted carbon block filter media is a blend of selected activated carbons and other materials that reduce aesthetic contaminants and health-related contaminants. Many carbons are selected with a high surface area and high retentivity characteristics. The materials are formed into a carbon block, which is densely compacted to provide longer contact time and outstanding performance that cannot be achieved with other filtration technologies. Multipure’s carbon block filter effectively adsorbs contaminants with health significance, including chlordane, lead, mercury, MTBE, PCBs, Toxaphene, and VOCs, plus aesthetic contaminants such as chlorine and chloramine.
The carbon block filter is engineered so that contaminants removed by mechanical filtration will cause the flow rate to decrease, and the filter will clog. It is recommended that the filter is replaced when the first of the following occurs: (a) annually; (b) the unit's rated capacity is reached; (c) the flow rate diminishes; (d) the filter becomes saturated with bad tastes and odors.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
How do I install the AquaVersa to both my cold water and refrigerator ice maker?
You would have to purchase a T fitting to put inline so you can hook your refrigerator line into it.
What' the difference between the MP550 and MP750?
Not sure as far as I am aware they do not make an MP550 model at least not in the USA.
Does it Remove Sodium
No, they do not filter sodium.
Does it remove coliform
No, this one does not. You would need a ceramic filter, reverse osmosis or a UV sterilizer to remove coliform. Here is a link to our filter with a ceramic filter and the UV sterilizers.
