I have the Aquacera Teros 3S. Should I be changing the CF-AMB-9S filter and the W941014 filter annually? Or should I replace the W9410104 more frequently?
You should be fine changing them both annually.

I have an AquaCera EcoFast Twin Under-Counter Drinking Water Filter --- has it been replaced by the FLuoride plus filter? The replacement filters shown for mine are are W9410103 Eco Fast Multimedia, W9410106 CeraCarb and W9410107 Aqua Metix - do I need all three of these? Does the filter shown here take the place of the 103?
They have discontinued the CeraCarb. You would need the Multimedia and the AquaMetix. Here are the links to them.
